Black History Month.

I feel proud to be an african american everyday but February is a great time of the year for all African Americans. My Great-Grandmother had these old Jet Magazines that she kept since Jet started. Looking through these magazines you

can see how much African Americans had to strugle to better themselves. Its been a long time coming but an evolution is in place and we have risen from a period of hard times. Black History Month is such a powerful month full of heroes that paved the way for us today and the stories i hear really inspire and motivate me to better myself to make my ancestors proud! During this Month just gives thanks to those you helped you achieve what you are today and remember that everything you have today someone before you fought for it!
